Beth Kirke, PCC and CPCC
Executive and Leadership Coach in Denver, Colorado
Founder, The Spark Effect
My career began in communications and investor relations for a publicly traded manufacturing company. That experience launched me into event marketing, fundraising for a major medical center in the Midwest and ultimately sales and project management.
Along the way, I noticed that my most profound satisfaction came from mentoring and cultivating authentic connections and relationships with people.
In 2017, I listened to a convergence of “nudges” and embarked on my coaching certification. And in the first 30 minutes of the very first day of training, it hit me like a beam of light, this work was uniquely aligned with my strengths, passion and life purpose in every way.
Yet that wasn’t the most important realization.
Like many of us, I operated for years as a “fixer” in the corporate world, always saying yes, jumping in to hands-on problem solve not only for myself, but others, too.
Now, as a coach to executives, leaders and emerging leaders, however, I have come to understand deeply that we all are equipped with exactly what we need to find the answers we’re seeking. As leaders we rise by lifting others, rather than solving for them. My role is to listen intently, ask the right questions, spark your ideas and be a guide to your growth and development as a leader.
When you are coached this way, there’s no limit to your potential.
